Taught internet marketing and electronic commerce in Paris, France, Seoul, Korea, and Aarhus, Denmark.
University of Paris XII: guest lecturer in American marketing topics from 1998 through 2008.
Romania: Guest lecturer on internet marketing. November 2012 at Valahia University and at the Romanian American University in Bucharest from
2012 through 2019. Guest lectures cancelled in May 2020 because of COVID-19. After the pandemic, lectures resumed in person in April 2023 and
April 2024.
In March 2017: taught an intensive three-week course in International Sales Management at Aalto University (formerly the Helsinki School
of Economics) in Mikkeli, Finland.
Croatia: Guest lecturer on internet marketing at the Zagreb School of Economics and Management, May 13, 2014.
CRM: Led a graduate seminar in March 2012 and in April 2013 on Customer Relationship Management at the IAE Aix-Marseille Graduate School
of Management, France.
Denmark in 2007 and 2008: taught summer courses in internet marketing: Aarhus School of Business.
South Korea: three internet marketing teaching assignments in 2005 and 2006 in executive MBA programs.

Marketing Department Chair, 1998-2001, 2002-2003, and 2009-2011.
Long term impact: Responsible for the development of
Business Ethics Week (began in November 2006) in the College of Business,
SFSU.
